Belladona (Atropa belladonna, commonly known as belladona, belladonna or deadly nightshade) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Solanaceae. The foliage and berries are extremely toxic, containing tropane alkaloids. These toxins include scopolamine and hyoscyamine, which cause delirium and hallucinations.
